(Review) - Hornsgatan Hotel - Stockholm, Sweden

Hornsgatan Hotel is nice hotel, feel at home. I booked family room (quadruple room) with private bathroom which have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and it is connecting room. There are 1 double bed and twin beds. Good location and reasonable price. It is only 3 train stations from Central station.  Hornsgatan Hotel is located near supermarkets.

Access

Mariatorget T-bana Station. There are 2 exits. I don't remember the name of exit gate. If I come from T-Centralen station, get off the train and turn left to the exit gate. It is closer.

From exit gate, turn right and go straight until see junction. Cross the road and turn right. 

Short walk to hotel. As below photo, you will see the yellow flag. Hotel is on this residential building. When you are in front of the door of hotel, on your right side you will see numeric keypad. First time when arrive hotel, you still have not received the numeric password yet so press the number follow the instruction and wait. Staff will take you to the 2nd floor for check-in. Without password, you cannot enter to this building (will get the code after check-in). 

This hotel has 6 kinds of room which are single room (shared bathroom / private bathroom), twin room (shared bathroom / private bathroom), triple room shared bathroom and quadruple room. Room rate with shared bathroom should be cheaper than private bathroom. Shared bathroom is on the same floor as bedroom. Check the room rate here.

One small elevator take you the upper floor. The lobby and reception are as below photo. There are travel guide on the left side. After check-in, staff will provide the key with 2 numeric password. One is for entering this building and another one is for entering to this hotel. Staff is friendly

I stayed at room number 1. There are 2-3 shared bathrooms near my room. This hotel is non-smoking hotel. This below photo is first bedroom. I think the bed size is smaller than bed size in Asia but it is comfortable. Heater is available. Room size is big.

There are tv, desk, chairs, towels. Both two bedrooms have windows. 
Tap water is safe to drink. 

Bathroom; shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, shower and no bathtub.

Hotel rate include breakfast; bread, cereal, ham, sausages, fruit, yogurt, tea & coffee, biscuits, fruit juice. You can enjoy snacks i.e. cookie, tea & coffee, fruit juice all day. I am so happy. There is microwave and seasoning. 

There are 2 supermarkets near hotel which are ICA Supermarket (near Mariatorget station) and Hemköp. Hemköp supermarket has 2 floors. Instant food is also available. You can buy food from supermarket and heat the food at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
